Johnston, Donald J. investment & finance definition

The secretary-general of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), which is a Paris-based think tank whose purpose is to forward democracy and free-market policies. Johnston was a member of the Canadian Parliament and a practicing lawyer before taking this position at the OECD. See also OECD.
