eurodollar investment & finance definition
A
U.S. dollar that is held in banks outside the United States, often received as
payment for goods or services in international transactions. Some fixed-income
securities are issued in eurodollars and pay interest in dollars deposited into
foreign bank accounts. Most, but not all, eurodollars are located in Europe.
