Coffee, Sugar and Cocoa Exchange (CSCE) investment & finance definition

An organized exchange, established in 1882, that provides facilities in New York City for the trading of futures contracts on coffee, sugar, and, following its addition in 1979, cocoa. Options on sugar futures are also traded at this exchange.
