bond-over-stock warrant investment & finance definition

A warrant (a right to purchase a stock) in which the payout is based on the performance of a bond index. However, the payout will be reduced by the amount of return on the stock index that is used. Typically, bond-over-stock warrants are issued on many different fixed-
