automated bond system investment & finance definition
An electronic bond information and trading
system operated by the New York Stock Exchange that allows subscriber firms to
automatically execute orders in corporate, agency, Treasury, and municipal
securities. Most of the trading occurs in corporate debt, including convertible
bonds. ABS allows trading for over 2,000 debt securities.
