American Association of Individual Investors investment & finance definition
A not-for-profit
organization formed in 1978 whose purpose is to educate investors about
investing in a variety of investment vehicles including stocks, bonds, and
mutual funds. The AAII also provides information about tax planning, portfolio
management, and retirement planning and offers guidelines about working with a
broker.
