all-or-none investment & finance definition

A type of buy or sell order placed with a broker to indicate it cannot be partially filled. The broker must fill the entire order or not fill it at all. Unlike a fill-or-kill order, an all-or-none order will not be automatically canceled if a broker can’t fill it fully right away.
